Dancing with the Stars pro Anna Trebunskaya welcomed a baby girl on Jan. 18 with actor Nevin Millan.
Trebunskaya gave birth to her first child, who she’s named Amalya Millan, in a home birth, her rep told People magazine.
“We’re thrilled to welcome our beautiful, healthy baby into the world. We couldn’t be happier,” Trebunskaya and Millan said in a joint statement.
When Trebunskaya was left off the lineup for Dancing with the Stars' 17th season, she opened up about the reason why – she was pregnant. At the time, Trebunskaya admitted that the pregnancy hadn’t been planned and withheld the identity of her baby’s father. She’s now confirmed the father as Millan.
Millan has appeared in a number of TV series, including Nip/Tuck, CSI: NY, True Blood and Deadliest Warrior. He’s currently filming the independent science-fiction action movie Alien Theory.
While Trebunskaya admitted back in September that she was happy to add mom to her resume, there would be no stopping her getting back on the dance floor. “It wasn't planned, but when it happened, I thought, 'This is perfect — I'm ready to be a mom,'" she told Us Weekly. "This is something really good for me and fulfilling, and it'll give me a whole new meaning in life. I'm really looking forward to it."
"I'm looking forward to getting back into shape and dancing afterward and bringing the baby on board into the DWTS family!" she added.
