Britney Spears Alarms Fans With Fake Posts From ‘Trip’ To NYC

Reports of Britney Spear‘s losing control of her life again may have been greatly exaggerated.

After rumors started to circulate that the pop star had lost control of her social media, a new move from Spears has spawned an even bigger conspiracy theory that the star is dead. Last week, the singer was supposed to visit the Big Apple, instead in a series of pics, including even more nudes, appeared on Instagram, which were taken in Mexico.

Spears reportedly had used the New York trip to throw off her fans as to her true holiday destination.

A clip of Spears, which has since been deleted, shows the star in a shower shortly after her announced trip to New York. The clip though had come from Mexico, which confused fans. Her newest post has her standing in front of the same shower, this time in just a still image.

“I’m posting these from Mexico mx!!! Honestly I have no idea why but I can see better,” part of a caption on one of the photos read.

Another more direct caption read, “Instagram doesn’t like posts of people revealing their bodies anymore so here’s a selfie of me in Mexico 🇲🇽 !!! Mom and Dad … I crossed the border and I made it !!! After no coffee for 15 years ☕️ … Mom we can go have coffee together now !!! I’m treated as an equal … let’s have coffee and talk about it !!!”

Conspiracy theorists have had a ball with the singer’s latest moves.

Her parents were spotted in Los Angeles this week. Jamie Spears and Lynn Spears attended a performance of the Nutcracker, in which their granddaughter was performing.

Part of Spears’ captions that were noteworthy was the extension of an olive branch to her mother. It was only months ago that the star told Lynn “go f— yourself” in another Instagram post.

Time will tell if Lynn Spears responds to her daughter’s social media post. Recently, Jamie has revealed his his perspective on the 13-year conservatorship, which ended last year, saying Briteny might not be alive today without it.
