Court Documents Say Andrew Tate Raped Victim Twice

Andrew Tate, the controversial social media personality, and his brother Tristan Tate have lost their appeal. They will remain in the custody of the Bucharest Police in Romania on allegations of human trafficking and rape until February 27.

Romanian police arrested the brothers and two other suspects on December 30 last year.

They allege the group deceived at least six victims “into believing that they intended to enter into a marriage/cohabitation relationship” while moving them to Romania and later carrying out sexual violence and coercion. Prosecutors said they used intimidation to “transform them into slaves.”

They cited several WhatsApp messages sent last year between Tate and a woman from Moldova that substantiate these allegations.

He later raped the woman twice while setting her up in a human-trafficking organization to make pornography on the online subscription platform OnlyFans.

According to prosecuting documents, another of the alleged six victims met Tristan Tate online in November 2021. Prosecutors claim he lured her to Romania by promising a serious relationship, paying for her plane ticket and saying that he could help her make “100K a month” on OnlyFans.

Tristan moved her to a house with four of Andrew’s “girlfriends.” She was only allowed outside under certain conditions and was “very afraid” of the brothers.

The two alleged accomplices, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, controlled the six victims’ TikTok and OnlyFans accounts. According to the court document, they threatened to beat the women if they did not do their job to a satisfactory level.

Both Tate and his brother have denied all allegations made by Romanian authorities.

Tate is well-known online for his viral rants on male dominance and violence against women. He has been accused of misogyny and received bans from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other major social media platforms last year.
