Bachelor In Paradise’s Corinne Olympios has been in the midst of a scandal since the ABC show halted production due to an incident between her and cast member, DeMario Jackson. The reality star stopped her social media posting since the news broke out. But this week, she returned with a smiley Fourth of July pic. Although she does not comment on the scandal in the post, at least we see that things are seemingly turning around for her.
On June 11, 2017, news broke of the alleged misconduct between Olympios and Jackson. Claims have been made that both parties were inebriated and hooking up in the pool when things got out of hand and turned explicit. Olympios said she felt taken advantage of and a producer on the set at the time felt uncomfortable watching. It is also unclear as to why Olympios was on the dating show to begin with because she has been in a relationship with Jordan Gielchinsky prior to production of the show.
This is not the first time Olympios has been criticized for her actions on reality dating shows. The Miami native was originally on The Bachelor Season 21 with Nick Viall and received continuous negative attention from her housemates. Her over-aggressive sexual advances on Nick and attention stunts drew the ire of viewers.
