Cody Simpson and Gigi Hadid have gotten back together after splitting due to their increasingly busy schedules.

Hadid, a model and reality TV personality confirmed that she and 17-year-old singer-songwriter Simpson had decided to give their relationship another shot. “I’m back together with Cody,” she told Us Weekly on the American Music Awards red carpet. “It’s great. He is such a great guy.”

“We are just trying to balance[our schedules] and make time when we can,” Hadid, 19, explained. “So far it’s working out.”

Prior to the confirmation, Hadid and Simpson had been pictured leaving Miley Cyrus’ star-studded 22nd birthday party. The two had also posted the same picture from the party in which they could just be made out in the distance.
