Claudia Conway has auditioned for the newest season of American Idol in hopes of getting a golden ticket to Hollywood.
The 16-year-old daughter of Kellyanne Conway, former senior counselor to President Donald Trump and attorney George Conway, appeared in a new ad for the ABC series, tweeted from the show’s official Twitter account.
“I’m very nervous but very excited,” said the popular TikTok personality in the promotion. “I’m Claudia Conway. My parents are high-profile political figures,” she said introducing herself to judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie.
Claudia made headlines in January after posting several videos of her mother seeming to yell and insult her to her 1.6 million Tik Tok followers. Claudia said that Kellyanne was “mentally and emotionally abusive.” She is very vocal about her occasional disagreements with her mother on her social media account, mostly criticizing her mom’s role in Trump’s presidency. Kellyanne left the administration in August 2020 to work on her relationship with her daughter.
