Russell Wilson & Ciara
Ciara and her new boyfriend Russell Wilson confirmed they won’t ever have sex together before marriage.
Ciara confirmed their agreement to wait until marriage in a recent interview with Access Hollywood. “It’s until the deal is sealed. Absolutely,” she said.
Even though it didn’t seem like it was Ciara’s idea, she said that she would respect Wilson’s choice. “It was an organic thing for him and I think he was just being honest about where we are,” she added. “It’s cool when you get to build a foundation with someone on how much you care for each other and really know each other’s personalities, so it’s really fun.”
It might seem easy, but both have revealed it’s not. Even Wilson said it, because Ciara is a “15 out of 10” to him. “I need y’all to pray for us,” he said in an interview with Pastor Miles McPherson of The Rock Church.
He explained that God himself told him not to have sex before marriage with Ciara. “Ciara was on tour, and I was looking at her in the mirror, and God spoke to me. He said, ‘I need you to lead her.’ I told her, ‘What would you do if we took all that ‘extra stuff’ off the table, and just did it Jesus’ way?”
But how does Ciara’s ex-fiancé rapper Future feel about this unusual relationship? He recently told on The Breakfast Club 105.1 FM that he wasn’t “bitter” about his ex moving on. He did, however, get mad at the singer for letting Wilson push Future’s son in a stroller. “You don’t even bring a man around your son. Like, that’s the No. 1 rule,” he said.
