Chris Evans Posts Accidental NSFW Photo Of His Privates To Instagram, Mark Ruffalo Teases Co-Star
Chris Evans accidentally shared an NSFW photo of what appeared to be his penis with his over six million follower count in a blunder while trying to share a video of his family.
In the now-deleted Instagram story post, it seems that Evans may have accidentally shown a screen recording of his camera roll, revealing a meme of himself and a photo of an erect penis. Many fans assumed that the nude was his, but, since Evans has not responded to it publicly himself, interested viewers have yet to truly know.
A few of Evans’ celebrity friends, including his brother Scott Evans, Mark Ruffalo and Chrissy Tiegen have responded to the mishap with both jokes about “dick pics” and reassurance.
.@ChrisEvans Bro, while Trump is in office there is NOTHING you could possibly do to embarrass yourself. See… silver lining.

Was off social media for the day yesterday.
So.
What’d I miss?

I know you can change the settings but I like it. Tons of pics of the kids between families, easy when it saves. It just means that every once in a while there is a crazy random meme I don’t recall in my roll!

Evans’ post, however, has garnered a reaction from more than his friends on Twitter. Though some have chosen to share the screenshots they got of the story before it was taken down, the majority of the posts are fans spamming the Chris Evans tag with innocuous photos and memes of him to prevent the photos from making even larger rounds on social media.
#ChrisEvans unknowingly posted a private image for a brief moment. he is suffering from anxiety. imagine to be him right now. i’d be mortified and have cried the whole day. respect his privacy. delete that picture. let him feel a bit better and flood twitter with dodger 🐶 pic.twitter.com/N4v2NipliX

This is what should be shared of our hero. pic.twitter.com/dEmPWr4pKh— 故障人類 (@fml20250309) September 14, 2020
Y’all stop spreading Chris Evans nudes cuz pic.twitter.com/RkIRCDSDbh

The response to the photo on Twitter was overwhelmingly positive, which many fans were grateful for, but also led people to question why women who had their nudes leaked were never given the same consideration. Vanessa Hudgens, Jennifer Lawrence and Bella Thorne had all had similar scandals in the past, and Twitter users pointed out that not only were their photos spread around, but they were also degraded by fellow celebrities and commenters alike.
I am just going to leave this here.#ChrisEvans #JenniferLawrence pic.twitter.com/khPv3W8pk3

The public respect for Chris Evans’ privacy/feelings is wonderful. Wouldn’t it be nice if it extended to women when this kind of thing happens?

Chris Evans accidentally leaked a nude photo. For the most part, social media has rallied around him. Nobody called him a slut. Nobody insisted he was an attention whore. Nobody thinks his career is ruined.
We need to give women this same love & respect. 💯💯💯#ChrisEvans

Ultimately, though, despite some fans’ best efforts, the photos Evans posted are still trending on Twitter, and dozens of screenshots can be found tagged with his name.
