Chris Evans and Chris Pratt have made an epic superhero Super Bowl bet, with Evans cheering for the New England Patriots and Pratt for the Seattle Seahawks.
The Marvel family feud – Evans has starred as Captain America in three films and Pratt made his Marvel debut in the summer hit Guardians of the Galaxy – began on Monday after the Seahawks made their way into the Super Bowl. Evans sent Pratt a challenging tweet, saying, “Looks like our teams are going into battle. For the next 2 weeks, you are not my friend, you are my enemy.
Pratt and Evans settled on charitable terms, with Evans promising to visit a Seattle Children’s Hospital in Captain America uniform if the Seahawks win, and Pratt pledging to visit Boston’s Christopher’s Haven, a home for families with children fighting cancer, in full Star Lord costume should the Patriots claim victory.
Pratt continued to trash talk, alluding to the recent Patriots deflategate scandal, telling Evans he should “talk to Brady about deflating your expectations.”
