Chris Brown Ordered Back To Rehab, Threw Rock At Mom's Windshield

Chris Brown reportedly elected to continue his last rehab stint as an outpatient, but in a court appearance on Wednesday it was revealed that he was kicked out for violent behavior – and was ordered by the judge to head back to a facility for 90 days.

Chris Brown Discharged From Anger Rehab

Brown was allegedly booted from his last rehab center after losing his temper during a disagreement with his mother about continuing his stay in a family therapy session. “Mr. Brown proceeded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother’s car window and shattered it,” a letter from the treatment center read, according to the New York Daily News.

“We discharged him from residential treatment and told him he could leave immediately as he had signed a non-violent contract when he enrolled,” the letter continued. "Our hope is that Mr. Brown will re-engage in treatment and get the help he requires for his dual diagnosis issues and become a positive role model in society that we absolutely believe he has the ability to become."

Brown's Voluntary Rehab Stint

Brown voluntarily entered rehab on Oct. 28 for his anger issues following an arrest in Washington, D.C., for allegedly breaking a man’s nose. The R&B singer has not admitted guilt in the incident in the nation’s capitol, and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, said Brown elected to go to rehab for “introspection.”

“[He wanted to] do a little introspection and understand everything that’s going on around [him]. It was his decision, and he should be applauded,” Geragos previously told The News. “Why now? People have realizations at various times. Maybe sitting in a jail cell for 36 hours for something you didn’t do is enough to rock you a bit.”

"His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point," representative Nicole Perna had added on Oct. 28, according to CNN.

Rihanna Attack Plea Deal Community Service

During his 90-day rehab stay, Brown will be excused from the facility three times a week for eight hours in which he is expected to perform community service. He currently still has 1,000 hours to complete for his plea deal involving the attack on Rihanna. His legal troubles regarding the Washington, D.C., incident are not over either. He’s scheduled for a court hearing in the city on Monday.
