Handler arrived at the star-studded Television Academy event in a form-fitting navy blue Stella McCartney jumpsuit. She completed her look with a pair of nude suede pumps. Also looking stylish on the red carpet were Scream Queens’ Lea Michele and Scandal‘s Bellamy Young.
