Chase Stokes & Kelsea Ballerini Make Their Red Carpet Debut At CMT Awards

Chase Stokes and Kelsea Ballerini made their red-carpet debut as a couple at the 2023 CMT Music Awards at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, on Sunday.

Ballerini, 29, who was co-hosting the awards ceremony with Kane Brown, walked the aqua carpet alongside Stokes, 30, looking stunning in a sea-green Dolce & Gabbana dress. The country music star completed her look with David Yurman jewelry, clear heels and sleek hair.

Stokes, who opted for a white top, navy pants and a matching short-sleeve shirt, proved to be Ballerini’s biggest fan as he was later seen singing and dancing while she performed her latest single “If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too).”

Speaking to CMT during the preshow, Ballerini boasted about how happy she is, saying that “this is our first outing, so I’m like, ‘Come on into my world and then bring me into Charleston,’” where Stokes films his Netflix series, Outer Banks.

Ballerini first confirmed their romance when she appeared on a Call Her Daddy podcast in February. This is the “Blindsided” singer’s first relationship since her divorce from ex-husband, Morgan Evans, after five years of marriage.
