Sami Sheen, daughter of actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, was spotted in public Monday for the first time since undergoing rhinoplasty surgery earlier this month. The 20-year-old social media influencer and OnlyFans content creator was seen having lunch with a friend at Urth Caffé in Los Angeles, showcasing her new nose.

Sheen, who had expressed a desire for the procedure for the past five years, finally underwent the surgery on August 12. The young model’s new nose appears to have a more upturned, “ski-slope” shape, addressing what she had previously described as a “too droopy” appearance.

In a TikTok post prior to the surgery, Sheen shared that she often resorted to photo editing to alter the appearance of her nose in pictures. “I would have to photoshop every single photo I took because it photographed horribly,” she explained, alongside images of her pre-surgery profile.

This recent cosmetic procedure comes just nine months after Sheen received breast implants. Following both surgeries, she took to social media to document her recovery process. After the rhinoplasty, Sheen posted several photos of herself in a hospital bed, describing feelings of nausea from anesthesia and pain medication – similar to her experience after the breast augmentation.

Despite some initial discomfort, Sheen expressed satisfaction with the results of her nose job. “It’s only day 2 of recovery but I already feel like a new woman,” she captioned a post-surgery selfie. “I’m so so happy I finally got my dream nose.”

During her lunch outing on Monday, Sheen was observed without bandages and makeup, allowing for a clear view of her surgical results. She opted for a casual look, wearing sweatpants and a black tank top.

While Sheen appears pleased with her rhinoplasty outcome, she previously indicated that her recovery from breast implant surgery was more challenging, describing it as “so uncomfy” to her online followers.

Sheen’s infamous dad has expressed his strong disapproval of his daughter’s OnlyFans account.
