These might be the last days for Charlie Sheen on the CBS hit show Three and a Half Men. The four-time Emmy nominee’s million-dollar contract will expire at the end of this season and it looks like he has no plans to renew. The actor has had a rocky start to his year, currently facing felony menacing charges after a highly publicized domestic dispute with wife Brooke Mueller.

The network temporary halted production of Men earlier this year while the 44-year-old TV veteran entered rehab for alcohol and cocaine issues. Sheen, who reportedly earns over $800,000 per episode and is currently one of the highest paid actors on TV, lost $1.5 million while on hiatus as the show had to cut two episodes this season. CBS would not comment on the subject but reps for Sheen confirmed that the star’s contract is valid only up to the end of this season. Meanwhile, the actor pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges and is said to be working things out with Mueller. The show’s season finale airs April 9. –KRIS ALCANTARA
