Channing Tatum Shows Off Ripped 6-Pack In Shirtless Body Photos Shared On Social Media

Channing Tatum posted a shirtless selfie on Instagram on Thursday, gaining almost 1.5 million likes in 12 hours.

“It’s been a long road back. Injuries, life shit, and just insanity in general,” Tatum, 40, wrote in the caption of the post. “Ha daddy is finally back boooi!! Gonna be a fun next 10 year run. To all those that have been there for me and held me down through it all. I love you. I’m gonna make ya proud. Let’s goo.”

In a tangent he added: “Also peep the purell bottle. Keep it clean out there folks. Hahaha.”

Tatum hasn’t just been working on his physique in the last few months, he’s also been working on his directorial debut, Dog, which he will also star in.

“It’s already been a crazy ride,” he wrote on Instagram. “And we’ve only just begun. And if we survive the rest, it will be one of the most insane stories that I’ve ever been a part of. And I’ve been a part of some pretty crazy ones in this life of mine.”

The movie follows an Army ranger, Briggs, played by Tatum, who is on a road trip to attend his fellow Army ranger’s funeral, and is bringing the late soldier’s dog Lulu along so she can give her handler one last goodbye.

“This photo is from our first day of production on the first movie that my partner Reid [Carolin] and I are directing,” the caption continued. “This is our story. It’s taken us two years to get it to the starting line. The next eight weeks will be like riding a bull on sickmode in ludicrous speed. God be with us. In Dog we trust.”

Tatum has also been working on a children’s book during the pandemic, The One And Only Sparkella, which he announced on Instagram.

“Guys, I don’t know about you but things got a little weird for me in quarantine,” the actor wrote. “I ended up accidentally locking myself in my 7 year old daughter’s room. And I ended up finding my inner child. So this is what I created for my little girl. From what is, I guess, the little girl in me. Thanks for reading.”
