Chaka Khan has joined in on the #Dubchallenge, where people post old photos of themselves and reflect on how they’ve changed.
The singer shared an unflattering photo of herself from ten years ago, and captioned it with “Love yourself no matter what size or age. Dab never dub. #dubchallenge”
“It’s important that we think better of ourselves and each other. You are beautiful because GOD made you so,” Khan continued.
The 63-year-old star was most popular in the 1980s, and has made a comeback via social media. The singer was diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes and high blood pressure in 2011, which prompted her to lose weight. She’s kept it off ever since with a meat-free diet.
Khan also shared a similar #Dubchallenge post on her Twitter page this Wednesday. The singer posted photos of herself that look remarkably similar despite the age difference.
