Celebrities Are Paying Victims To Stay Silent About Their Relationships With Sean Comb, Ray J Claims

Singer Ray J has alleged that multiple celebrities are doing their best to cover up their connections to Sean Combs as he awaits trial for sex trafficking charges.

Since Combs’ arrest in September, many of his celebrity relationships have been called into question. The 14-page indictment against Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, details “Freak-Off” parties in which he would drug, abuse and traffick victims, usually recording the instances against their will.

In TMZ’s new documentary The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs, Ray J, a previous friend of Combs, stated, “I’m hearing about artists paying victims to keep their names out of it.”

He lamented, “Somebody has a truth, somebody pays you to keep it quiet and hopefully, that money you got paid secures your happiness while you watch the lie continue to succeed.”

Asked if he believed victims were asking celebrities in connection to Combs’ crimes for money, Ray J clarified, “The other way around…[It’s] ‘I’ll give you money, please don’t talk.’”

He continued, “I think a lot of people are in shock. A lot of people are dealing with it in their own way. I hear people aren’t coming out because they either suspected this about him, or they don’t want to have any connection to him. And then I guess there’s another group who’s worried that they’re gonna get pulled in.”

Ray J, the co-star of an explicit tape with Kim Kardashian, implied that celebrities have been reaching out to him lately, knowing of his relationship with Combs and scared that he may leak their names.

Asked if he thought others viewed him as a “vessel” for such leaks, Ray J said, “That’s exactly what I’m saying…and I don’t even know why I just said it, but I said it, so what. Now they’re going to be mad.”

Ray J declined to reveal any names. He did not reveal whether or not he had been paid by celebrities for his discretion.

Since Combs’ arrest, over 120 victims, made up of men, women and minors, have come forward.

Combs’ trial is set for next May. He is being held without bail in Brooklyn.
