JonBenet Ramsey’s death and the ensuing investigation into her murder will be the subject of a six-part docuseries on CBS.
CBS released a 3-minute trailer for The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey Tuesday. The preview promises a series that will delve back into the mystery surrounding Ramsey’s death, with respected analysts and experts trying their best to unearth new information about the circumstances that led to her killing.
Leading the investigation that unfolds in The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey are forensic scientist Dr. Henry Lee and former New York City prosecutor Jim Clemente. A former New Scotland Yard criminal behavioral analyst and a retired FBI supervisory special agent are also featured in the docuseries.
In the trailer, the aforementioned experts and others are shown taking a variety of routes in their attempt to solve Ramsey’s murder. The clip begins with a recording of the 911 call and interviews with people who are in some way tangentially related to the events surrounding Ramsey’s death. The trailer also reveals that the team created a life-sized model of the Ramsey household at the time of the child beauty queen’s murder.
