Carrie Underwood has returned to the stage in support of her ninth album Denim & Rhinestones, after wrapping up her Las Vegas residency Reflection. The country music star announced her massive arena tour with over 40 U.S. stops in May 2022, ahead of the album’s release.

Looking stunning in her Denim & Rhinestones era outfit, Underwood will soon be taking U.S. arenas by storm. After embarking on her tour last fall, the 39-year-old mom of two finally made her way to Madison Square Garden.

After an amazing opening act by Jimmie Allen, the American Idol alum kicked off her performance with “Good Girl.” The megastar rocked the stage while performing her country-pop hits in her bedazzled outfits and boots, eventually closing with her signature song, Before He Cheats.

Underwood took to social media to comment on her time in New York City. “Still trying to process last night in NYC at @TheGarden… can’t seem to find the words. I laughed. I cried. The crowd was absolutely incredible! It was one of those nights that made me feel so blessed to get to live this life!” she said in a tweet on Wednesday. “Thanks to the band and to the friends who came out to see us! It was a night I will never forget!” ❤️”
