Cardi B Looked Stunning At The Grammys In White Ashi Studio Gown

Two-time Grammy nominated rapper Cardi B walked the red carpet with an over-the-top dress that matched her personality perfectly.

Cardi B wore a custom-made lace white dress by Ashi Studio. The showstopping gown had a voluminous skirt with a high-low hem, off-the-shoulder sleeves that were in the shape of wings and a plunging neckline. All of the dress’s features had the rapper looking just like an angel.

The dress designer, Mohammed Ashi originally was going to have her dress be colorful and vibrant, however opted for all white for the #MeToo movement. “We were originally working with a color but, at the last minute, we decided not to introduce any colors,” Ashi told Hollywood Reporter. “We made something very theatrical and powerful in terms of the structure of the dress, so the structure will speak more loudly than the color.”

Also along with the #MeToo movement, Cardi B was holding a white rose in her hand with matching long white nails.

Her hair was pulled back in a gorgeous up-do with some pieces framing her face, making sure that it would take the attention away from the dress. As far as jewelry, she wore asymmetrical leaf-like diamond earrings as well as emerald-cut diamond cuffs, both from Messika Jewelry.

However, the most important piece of jewelry she was wearing was her $500,000 8-carat engagement ring she got from her fiancé Offset.

Cardi B completed her all white lace look with a matching pair of Christian Louboutin heels.

The rapper was accompanied on the red carpet by her sister, Hennessy Carolina, who matched in an all white ensemble.
