Just weeks after Charlie Sheen was found naked and intoxicated in a destroyed New York hotel room, the escort involved in the incident is telling her side of the story.
Capri Anderson, who plans to file a civil suit in Los Angeles against Sheen for battery, assault, false imprisonment, emotional distress and more, claims the night began when Sheen purchased her escort services for $3,500. Anderson, in an appearance on Good Morning America, said she was at dinner with Sheen when he started to drink and also went to the bathroom several times, becoming "more intense" over the course of the evening.
The two returned to Sheen's hotel room, at which point the actor was already very drunk, and undressed. "There was a little bit of romance, if you will," she said. But then events took a turn. "When I became really uncomfortable was when he put his hands around my neck. So that's really when things started to go wrong and I was no longer in a good situation," she said. "I started to resist and he let go of me. As quickly as I could I began to walk toward my purse, dress and cellular phone. He started throwing things. He threw a lamp."
At this point Anderson was "shocked" and "scared," and saw Sheen pick up a shiny object. Though she told the police initially that she was fine, Anderson says she was embarrassed and shocked at the time. Sheen's lawyers are having none of it. "Ms. Capri never made any allegation to the police of any wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident and she had every opportunity to do so," they said in a statement. "If she pursues legal action, we will defend this vigorously. These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity." –AMY LEE
