Fox News contributor Caitlyn Jenner has been removed from her son’s reality show after threatening legal action against the series.

Jenner, 74, was unaware of her featured appearance in an episode of Brandon Jenner’s At Home With The Jenners. Caitlyn reportedly ordered her lawyers to warn the show’s production company to remove her from the final edit after learning that her son had used her appearance in promotional material.

Caitlyn was quickly wiped from all future appearances on At Home With The Jenners and even edited out of episodes she was already featured in.

Jenner’s legal action reportedly stemmed from fears over being seen on another network’s program, as this may have compromised her job at Fox News as an on-air contributor.

She later acknowledged the situation on X, formerly Twitter.

“I have never been more excited working at Fox News, reaching millions, especially in light of the presidential election and the summer Olympics right around the corner,” Jenner wrote. “Reality TV has been in the rearview mirror for a while now. I wish my son nothing but the best for his cooking show!”

Jenner was quick to defend herself following suggestions that she was “abandoning” her son.

“Abandoning? I never joined his show,” she replied. “I have been with Fox for years and plan to continue where my voice can be heard on sports, the Olympics, fairness in sport, the election and a variety of other issues I am passionate about.”

Though Brandon claimed in his 2020 memoir that he did not see Caitlyn “more than half a dozen times between ages of eight and 25,” he recently spoke about the “great relationship” he now shares with her.

“I talk to my dad almost every day,” he told Us Weekly. “We have a lot of things in common. We’re both pilots, so we share a hanger, and we’re up there at least a couple times a week working on planes and flying and stuff.”

“We’re very good friends and we have a great relationship,” Brandon continued, “definitely better than it’s ever been, or just more close than it’s ever been, which is nice.”

Caitlyn has been active on social media, blasting LGBTQ activists as the “radical rainbow mafia.”

But some of her trans influencer friends, like Candis Cayne, have accused her of joining the “Fox News cult” and ended their friendship with her over her right-wing politics.
