BTS’ J-Hope is returning to the music scene with a tour just three months after being discharged from mandatory South Korean military duty.
On Jan. 9, J-Hope, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok, announced his 2025 tour dates and that he has “new music on the way” set to drop March 3.
Ho-seok’s Hope On The Stage world tour will kick off on Feb. 28 with three shows in his hometown of Seoul, South Korea. From there, Ho-seok will travel to the U.S. to play shows in cities such as New York, Chicago, Mexico City and Los Angeles, among others. He will then move on to a run of shows in Asia, making stops in the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, China and more.
Ho-seok’s new music will be his first release since his six-track EP Hope On The Street Vol. 1 in March 2024. The EP featured appearances from other musical artists such as Benny Blanco, Nile Rodgers, BTS’ Jungkook and more. Ho-seok’s last studio album, Jack in the Box, was released in 2022 and in 2023 he released a documentary on Disney+ entitled J-Hope In The Box.
