K-pop group BTS made a big splash at the 2019 Billboard Music Award, winning Top Duo, Top Group and Top Social Artist. BTS has risen out of the K-pop world into mainstream in the U.S. this year. The group has been setting records too, as their album, Map of the Soul: Persona, became their third number one album this year. They were also part of Time magazine’s list of 100 influential people. The group was seen taking pictures with Cardi B and Drake at the event. Their upcoming Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour starts on May 4.
