Bryan Adams Is New Father To Baby Girl

Canadian rock star Bryan Adams, 51, has become a new dad to Mirabella Bunny Grimaldi. Mirabella was born to Alicia Grimaldi, Adams’ girlfriend and former personal assistant.

“I’m really proud to announce on 22 April, Mirabella Bunny was born, “ Adams told People. “She arrived like all good Easter bunnies on Easter Friday. Mother and baby are both well and happy.”

Adams revealed Grimaldi’s pregnancy in March on his personal website. “[Alicia helped] me start my foundation years ago," he wrote. "And it looks like she’ll be running the family now!"

The Bryan Adams Foundation began in 2006. According to its website, the foundation “aims to improve the quality of people's lives around the world by providing financial help and support to those people who are committed to bettering the lives of other people, by providing grants to finance specific projects."

Adams is a three-time Academy Award nominee for his songs featured in the films Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Don Juan DeMarco and The Mirror Has Two Faces. Adams has also been nominated for seval Grammy Awards, winning in 1992. He is currently enjoying a successful second career as a photographer.
