Bruno Mars is scheduled to return to the Park MGM for a six-night residency kicking off with shows Fourth of July weekend.

The “24K Magic” singer is set to perform July 3, 4, 9, 10, 23 and 24 at the Park Theater.

“The opportunity to relaunch our Las Vegas entertainment offerings with Bruno Mars, one of the music industry’s iconic superstars, is a moment we’ve all been anticipating for more than a year,”  MGM Resorts’ President of Entertainment & Sports George Kliavkoff said in a statement. “Our guests will be thrilled to hear he is returning to Park MGM to do what he does best – entertain with that high energy and passion that is unmatched on the stage.”

Mars last performed at Park MGM in March 2020 right before COVID-19 lockdowns forced the Vegas strip to shut down. At the beginning of lockdown last March, Mars donated $1 million to the MGM Resorts Foundation to help support workers who had furloughed and laid off because of the coronavirus.

“With the closures across Las Vegas, Bruno wanted to show his appreciation to the amazing employees who help make these shows possible in hopes that we’ll all be out of this situation and having fun together again very soon,” a rep for Mars said at the time.

Mars’ announcement of new shows comes amid his work on new band Silk Sonic with Anderson .Paak. The R&B duo’s debut single “Leave The Door Open”  hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 last month.
