Bruce Jenner, who has previously been rumored to be seeking out sex-reassignment surgery, is back under a microscope after it came to light that the former Olympian is fond of wearing Spanx.

Jenner reportedly first tried out Spanx on red carpet appearances, and liked the effect the body-contouring undergarments had on his silhouette. Since then, the former athlete has allegedly become obsessed with the product, using it to give the appearance that he has a flat stomach, according to OK Magazine.

Jenner’s estranged wife Kris Jenner, upon finding out about Bruce’s undergarment preference, told their daughters Kendall and Kylie, reported the Inquisitr. Both Kendall and Kylie apparently found humor in their father’s Spanx-wearing, while Bruce was supposedly angered and embarrassed about them knowing.

Although Spanx is primarily known for being a product for females, the brand does also produce a line for men. It’s not known, however, whether the Jenner-Kardashian patriarch is wearing the men’s or women’s products.

Speculation about Jenner’s gender identity began to increase earlier this year when it came to light that he had undergone surgery to have his Adam’s apple flattened – a procedure common for one who is transitioning to physically become a woman. Explaining his reason for getting the surgery, Jenner told TMZ, “I just don’t like my trachea.”

Jenner has also undergone a nose job, which he claimed was to eliminate scar tissue form a surgery he had to remove skin cancer. Adding to the speculation is Jenner’s hair, which he has been growing out over the last several months.
