Bruce Jenner has reportedly moved out of his bachelor pad and into a $3.5 million mansion in the hills of Malibu.
Jenner reportedly began moving his things into his private ranch home with the help of his son, Brandon Jenner, on Friday. The private mansion sits atop an 11-acre property and comes complete with a pool and an impressive backyard. The home also features four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for when any of Jenner’s children might want to spend the night.
As for the reason for the move, Jenner is reportedly seeking more privacy after his involvement in a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in February, which resulted in one death. Jenner is also reported to be transitioning to become a woman, which is something that would likely require privacy from paparazzi. “For someone seeking privacy, the property is a gem,” a source told People of the 3,5000 square-foot home.
Jenner’s new home was built in 2010 and sits over El Pescador State beach – the home boasts beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding canyon.
Jenner was previously living in a rented Malibu beach house, a move that prompted his separation from his ex, Kris Jenner, and was documented on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Jenner’s big purchase comes soon after it was revealed that his youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner, had dropped $2.7 million on a home of her own.
