Britney Spears Slams Sister Jamie Lynn For Lamenting Growing Up In Her Shadow

The saga of Britney Spears continues, as the singer once again strikes out at her allegedly abusive family.

On Fox’s new reality show, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, her sister Jamie Lynn Spears spoke on how it was to grow up alongside the former teen star and how it affected her “self-esteem.”

“Growing up, my sister became famous, worldwide famous, when I was very young. I’m so proud of her, love her to death, but I don’t know,” she said in a trailer for the show. “Sometimes I feel like I don’t really have anything for myself.”

The Zoey 101 alum added that she wanted to try and find an identity outside of her older sister.

Britney went straight to Instagram to share her own thoughts on her sister’s comments.

“Are we gonna say it was hard being my sister ???? Hmmmmmmmmmmm …. really ???” Spears started the caption off.

The post has since been deleted from the popstar’s page. “Well this was my spa plan at vegas as my childhood friends had their heads held high with a seat for toes and nails and a bottle of champagne for each one of them while I STOOD AT THE DOOR,” she wrote.

Spears has been in the limelight for a while now for bashing her family on social media, though usually the aggression is directed toward her father, Jamie Spears.

“We teach her the MEANING OF MEAN and then throw her away in the end with no self rights !!!! You want me to share it on Telly ???” she wrote. “I’d rather spit in their faces and trash them on Instagram cause that’s all my family has ever been to me !!!!”

The post’s deletion is part of a pattern for the pop star as she has deactivated Instagram as multiple times in the last year alone.

Jamie recently suggested that his daughter may not be “alive” if not for the conservatorship that ended over one year ago.

Jamie Lynn also touched on many other topics such as her daughter’s near-fatal accident.

Britney has called for justice for alleged abuse during her 13-year conservatorship.

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test debuts on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
