Britney Spears Ordered To Pay Kevin Federline $110,000 For Child Support
Britney Spears has been ordered to pay ex-husband Kevin Federline $110,000 for child support, it was revealed Thursday.
Court documents showed the pop star is being forced to pay this amount in legal fees. Spears, 36, and Federline, 40, have reportedly been fighting for several months over support payments for their two children, 12-year-old Sean Preston and 11-year-old Jayden James.
The couple’s heated dispute is similar to that of another now-divorced celebrity couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Spears and Federline were married for less than three years and divorced in 2007. Spears is already paying Federline around $20,000 per month for a variety of expenses.

Federline’s lawyers reportedly asked for an increase in these monthly payments in February. Last week, it was reported that Spears was refusing to sit down for a deposition with Federline’s attorneys.
Spears has rebounded from her previous fall from fame by headlining a residency in Las Vegas and releasing several albums. She also recently started dating model Sam Asghari.
Court records obtained by Entertainment Tonight this month show that Spears earns exponentially more income than Federline. Spears reportedly pays for most of her sons’ personal belongings, as well as their education and extracurricular activities.
