Bristol Palin Purchases Home In Arizona

Bristol Palin, 20, is in for a major change of scenery!

The Dancing with the Stars contestant recently bought a house in recession-ravaged Maricopa, Arizona, outside of Phoenix. Palin reportedly laid down $172k in cash for a house that had previously been foreclosed on, before new owners flipped it and put it back on the market. It is yet unclear whether the 3,900-square-foot dwelling, which has two stories, five bedrooms, a three-car garage, and a large backyard, will serve as Palin's primary home or a seasonal residence.

However, it seems that mama Sarah Palin, 45, may be on the same wavelength as her daughter. "Sarah has been looking at homes in Arizona, too," an insider told PopEater. "She wants to be close to her daughter and only grandchild." Does Sarah Palin's Arizona have a ring to it? —KIMBERLY STEELE
