Brett Rossi, otherwise known as Scottine Sheen, was hospitalized for an overdose weeks after Charlie Sheen broke off their engagement.
Rossi, 25, was found unresponsive at her home in California this past weekend. She was subsequently rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she had had her stomach pumped. "It was an overdose," an insider told Radar Online. "It is not known what she overdosed on."
“It’s been four or five weeks, but Brett is taking it very hard,” the source added of her split from Sheen. “She still has not gotten over the breakup.”
Sheen’s rep, Jeff Ballard, has stated that the former Two and a Half Men star is in communication with Rossi. "Charlie and Scotty have been in communication and Charlie still has a tremendous fondness for Scotty and continues to wish her all the best," Ballard told People.
Last month, Sheen called off his engagement to Rossi, publicly announcing that the two of them would be going their separate ways instead of tying the knot this November.
“Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list. She's a terrific gal—but we've mutually decided to go our separate ways and not spend the rest of our lives together,” she said in a statement. "I've decided that my children deserve my focus more than a relationship does right now. I still have a tremendous fondness for Scotty and I wish her all the best."
Sheen met Rossi, a former porn star, last November and proposed to her during a Valentine’s Day trip to Hawaii.
