Brandy Hospitalized In L.A. After Suffering Suspected Seizure

The singer Brandy Norwood, aka Brandy, has had a medical emergency and was hospitalized yesterday. Initial reports are suggesting that she suffered from a seizure in her home in Los Angeles.

Law enforcement told reporters that first responders picked her up from her house Tuesday afternoon, and that the singer was accompanied by her parents in the hospital. She has yet to be discharged as of Wednesday.

Brandy is an incredibly successful R&B artist who was at the height of her fame in the late-1990s and the 2000s. She had been spending the last few years under-the-radar since the release of her album B7 which she put out independently. She also made an acclaimed acting performance in the series Queens.

The singer also recently expressed her love for her brother Ray J online when the singer made a statement about mental health struggles he was going through.
