If you caught last Monday's episode of RuPaul's Drag Race, then you may have been hit with a little Jack-and-Karen nostalgia as Will & Grace creator Max Mutchnick made a special guest-judging appearance. Well, worry not: Mutchnick and co-creator David Kohan have been developing another multicamera sitcom, and they're filling the cast with some man-of-steel eye candy.
Former Superman Brandon Routh, who also starred on Chuck, will join the cast of CBS' half-hour pilot Partners, which is about a pair of lifelong friends and business colleagues named Charlie and Louis. Louis, who is gay, will played by Michael Urie, while Routh will play his reformed alcoholic / vegan nurse boyfriend, according to Deadline.com.
This is not Routh's first time to work on a Mutchnick/Kohan show. He guest-starred on an episode of Will & Grace in 2004.
Elizabeth Regen, Lucy Davis and Sophia Bush are also signed on for the Partners pilot.
