Brandon Davis Arrested For DUI Following Car Accident

Brandon Davis was in a car accident, after which he was hospitalized and then charged with a DUI.

Davis was driving around Los Angeles after having been out drinking with former NHL star Mike Comrie when he had an accident, TMZ reported. The car flipped around several times, and Davis had to be brought to the hospital afterwards. He was later arrested for driving under the influence, although he is still in the hospital as it is.

Davis is the heir to an oil fortune and has been romantically involved with celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton.
