Brad Pitt lashes out at BP in the new Spike Lee film, If God Is Willing and Da Creek Don’t Rise, saying he would consider the death penalty for those responsible for the oil spill. Pitt’s Make it Right Foundation, which is focused on creating sustainable homes in New Orleans, is featured in the film. “I’ve never been for the death penalty before – I am willing to look at it again,” an enraged Pitt says. Lee was initially documenting the time spanning from Hurricane Katrina to the victory of the New Orleans Saints in the Super Bowl.
