Bow Wow Hoax: Rapper Not Fired From BET's '˜106 & Park'

Bow Wow became the victim of an online hoax on Friday, when rumors swirled that the rapper had been fired from his hosting duties on BET’s 106 & Park for paying child support with the network’s credit card.

Bow Wow Hoax

It was alleged that Bow Wow had “charged 30,000 in child support to a company card issued for wardrobe and travel” by website Cream Bmp Daily. According to the story, Bow Wow was escorted out of BET headquarters after an accountant found out about the rapper’s ruse.

“He want people to start calling him Bow Wow, but still acting like he got the ‘Lil’ in front of his name,” one executive reportedly told the website. The account apparently said, “I’m driving a used Honda and his daughter got a toy Bentley for Christmas, ain’t that a b—h?”

Fortunately for Bow Wow fans, Cream BMP Daily is infamous for fabricating news stories concerning celebrities. When the rumor first made it’s way around Twitter, Bow Wow wasn’t even sure what his fans were referring to when they asked if he still had his job.
