Rapper c – formally known as Lil Boosie – claims that Biloxi, Miss., police have stolen a bag containing $1 million worth of jewelry from him after an altercation in a mall lead to several arrests.
Posting two videos to Instagram, Boosie told the story that begins in the mall. According to Boosie, a security guard approached Boosie, his niece who is six months pregnant with twins, and a family friend. The security guard said, “Boy, get out my damn mall boy.” In the video, Boosie says, “Alright, he racist, we gotta go.”
All three were then chased out of the mall with pepper spray.
After being pepper sprayed, several of the people with Boosie began to assault the security officer. They left in a van without Boosie although his bag of jewelry was still in the car. In the second video, Boosie describes the story starting from when his friends were pulled over. After getting pulled over, several of its passengers and its driver were arrested and Boosie claims that the police stole the bag of jewelry at that time.
“We going protest soon follow my ig for times and dates I need my fans to support this injustice,” his caption read. “This is 1968 all over again they trying to take my jewelry from me this is crazy.”
The Biloxi police department says that they never found any of Boosie’s jewelry.
