Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, remains unconscious with little chance of improving months after her hospitalization.

Bobbi Kristina Update

Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother, has given the latest update on her condition, revealing that her granddaughter’s condition has not been improving. “The same, she’s not progressing at all,” Houston told Entertainment Tonight in a recent interview.

“She’s not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I’m ready for her,” Houston added. “I have nothing to do with that. That’s His job. It’s His territory, you know? And I understand it.”

Houston also expressed her gratitude to those who, like her and the rest of the extended Houston-Brown family, have been praying for Bobbi Kristina.

“I’d like to thank everybody who was praying, who really knows the worth of prayer and I’m sure it’ll get through,” she told ET. “You know, praying along with me. It’s all I can tell you. I’m just waiting for whatever happens. We go to the hospital every day and pray and, you know, I talk to [Krissi] because she can still hear, and I rub her hand and what not.”

On Friday, it was announced that Bobby Brown and Pat Houston, Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law, had been legally appointed as Bobbi Kristina’s co-guardians.

“We are delighted to inform the public that the court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown (‘Krissi’),” attorneys David Long-Daniel and Christopher Brown told People in a joint statement. “Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi’s care and medical needs.”

Bobbi Kristina, 22, was hospitalized Jan. 31 after she was discovered unconscious in a bathtub of her Atlanta-area home. Though she no longer remains on life support, she is said to have suffered irreversible brain damage and remains in a coma.
