Blake Lively arrived on the red carpet for The Age of Adaline premiere at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 theatre on Sunday in New York City in a dramatic red number.
Lively, 27, wore a bright red Monique Lhuillier Fall 2012 gown that featured a lace and leather accented bodice. The actress accesorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a Judith Leiber ‘Koi Fish’ Swarovski-crystal clutch.

“Workin Emoji Chic. It’s the new thing. Watch out Norm Core,” Lively captioned a close-up shot of her dress and heels.
In The Age of Adaline, Lively plays the titular role of a woman who remains 29-years-old throughout eight decades, the result of a near-fatal accident. When she meets and falls in love with Ellis Jones (Michiel Huisman), Adaline considers giving up her immortality to grow old with him.
The Age of Adaline, which also stars Amanda Crew, Harrison Ford, Ellen Burstyn and Kathy Baker, hits theaters Friday, April 24.
