Blake Lively: 'I Want Babies'

Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively has little in common with the character she plays on TV. The 23-year-old actress, youngest of five siblings, reveals that she wants a large, tight-knit family. “I want babies. Lots of babies. Of course!” she revealed to Allure.

Though she was candid about her hopes for a family, Lively remained mum about her personal life. She quickly addressed questions about her two-and-a-half-year romance with Gossip Girl costar Penn Badgley with a simple, "I don’t comment on my relationships."

Lively added that she values her anonymity. "Wanting to be an actor and wanting to be famous are different," she pointed out. She takes her acting seriously, and may be her own harshest critic. About her upcoming movie, The Town, she said, "I’d look at what we shot on a day and it was like, ‘Oh, gosh, I’m terrible.’"

The Gossip Girl also opened up about her other passion: cooking. She said she enjoys many world cuisines and takes cooking lessons when she travels to different countries. Lively even aspires to open up a restaurant or two. "I want to have a brunch place, a bakery, and then a southern restaurant because my family’s from Georgia," she said. –KIMBERLY STEELE
