On October 6 Billie Eilish, 17, and her brother Finneas officially took on a set with Jack White, 44, joining the likes of Pearl Jam, Father John Misty and Jerry Lee Lewis, who have recorded with White in the past. Eilish visited White’s “Live at Third Man” studio in Nashville to put on a show for select fans with the producer and multi-instrumentalist. Eilish rose to fame in 2016 with her top single “Ocean Eyes,” which is the seventh track off her first studio album Don’t Smile At Me.

Before singing “When the Party’s Over” from her latest studio album, White described the singer as “someone we really love, and we think is really innovative and inspiring.” In return, Eilish thanked White for being an inspiration to a whole generation of people.
The intimate acoustic session consisted of 11 songs and will be released as a live album in December. Eilish has also announced she will soon be releasing a music video for “Xanny” as well as two new songs.
