The Biggest Loser finale saw 24-year-old Rachel Frederickson crowned the winner of Season 15.

Rachel Frederickson Wins 'Biggest Loser'

Frederickson, who entered the weight-loss reality show competition at 260 pounds, weighed in at just 105 pounds on Tuesday night – making her total weight loss 155 pounds. Her rail-thin appearance sparked concern among viewers – and possibly even trainer Jillian Michaels.

Jillian Michaels Shocked At Frederickson's Weight-Loss

Michaels, as well as Bob Harper, clapped as Frederickson made her dramatic walk onto the stage in a silver dress. Although the judges' most prominent emotion is typically pride in the contestants' body transformations, the look on their faces registered as one of concern.

Throughout the competition, Frederickson’s determination and competitiveness made her an early front runner. In high school, her prowess in the swimming pool earned her a college scholarship, which she’d turned down to pursue a romantic relationship. When the relationship ended, the weight packed on.

With the help of the methods employed on The Biggest Loser, Frederickson was able to shed the weight she gained and more. The question now is whether or not those methods are in the best interest of the contestant’s health.

In the finale, Frederickson beat out David Brown, 43, and Bobby Saleem, 29, to win the $250,000 grand prize.
