Beyoncé started rumors she is pregnant with her second child after posting a photo on Instagram showing her covered in sand, making a fake baby bump.
Beyoncé, 33, posted the photo on Sunday, as her vacation wound down. Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z spent their holiday traveling in Asia, and celebrated their daughter, Blue Ivy’s third birthday on Jan. 7.
The photo, which shows the singer smiling, lying in the sand with a sand-made baby bump next to Blue, immediately sent fans into a frenzy.
Whether or not the photo was an official pregnancy announcement or not has yet to be confirmed, but Beyoncé’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate, Michelle Williams, denied a pregnancy while co-hosting The View on Monday.
“You know, when she was pregnant, people said that she wasn’t pregnant, and you know, it’s just no truth to it. Sorry,” Williams said, dismissing the idea.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé attended a Brooklyn Nets game on Monday with Jay Z amid the pregnancy rumors, no baby bump in sight.
