America's new First Couple were serenaded by Beyonce who sang Etta James's "At Last" at one of the ten inaugural balls held in D.C. on Tuesday night. Beyonce, who was an early supporter of Obama, was part of the Neighborhood Ball, which was broadcast on ABC, and also featured performances by Jay-Z, will.i.am, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Shakira, Sting, Faith Hill, Mary J.
