Betty White has finally joined Instagram and has already posted her first photo.
White, who already has over 141,000 followers on the popular app, shared her first official photo on June 3, with co-stars from Hot In Cleveland. In the photo, she’s rocking a hot-pink with silver sparkles sweatsuit, posing with a glass of champagne, alongside Wendy Malick, Valerie Bertinelli and Jane Leeves. She captioned the photo, “for my first Instagram post I wanted to say how much I love these girls dearly. What a great time we had. #HOTFinale #ThanksForTheLaughs.”
In November, TV Land announced that Hot in Cleveland will be cancelled after its sixth season. The network’s comedy which aired in 2010, revolved around three women working in Hollywood move from Los Angeles (Malick, Bertinelli and Leeves) to Cleveland, Ohio. Their lives completely change when they lease a home from a sassy caretaker (White).
“It’s been an honor to work with Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick and the incomparable Betty White as well as our executive producers Suzanne Martin, Todd Milliner, Sean Hayes and the rest of our exceptional writers, production team and crew. The passion and talent they brought to the set each and every week over the past 5 years has put TV Land on the map as a network dedicated to quality original programming. We will continue to celebrate the show and are looking forward to a fantastic series finale,” said TV Land President Larry W Jones in a statement.
