Ben Stiller brought his 20-year-old daughter, Ella Olivia Stiller, as his date for the 2022 Emmy Awards on Monday night.
The duo walked the red carpet together. Ben is nominated for outstanding directing for a drama series for his work on the Apple TV+ show Severance. He shared last month that his kids are big supporters for him as the first test screening.
Ben shares daughter Ella, 20, and son Quinlin, 17, with wife Christine Taylor. He revealed earlier this year that his eldest child didn’t feel her parents were fully present while she was growing up.
“It’s me not being there in the ways I saw my parents not being there,” said Ben. “I had always thought, ‘Well, I won’t do that.'”
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has gotten a lot closer, especially since Ben and Taylor rekindled their relationship four years after separating.
Enjoying the fashion moment with her dad, Ella said she’s thrilled about the Meet the Parents alum’s success. “I’m so proud,” said Ella. “It’s my favorite show. I’m obsessed.”
