The really, really ridiculously good-looking Derek Zoolander is officially back, and stars Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are striking some serious poses to announce the forthcoming sequel to the original 2001 comedy hit.

A sequel to the hilarious fashion industry satire had been in the works for so long that many feared it would never come to be but this year the cameras finally started rolling, with Stiller again taking the reigns as director.

The posters show hapless supermodels Zoolander and Hansel have clearly kept abreast of social media culture, taking selfies with smartphones, lips perfectly pouted and jaws firmly clenched. Another image features a solo Zoolander in a spoof perfume ad for a scent cheekily entitled, “Zoolander No. 2”.

Speaking to Empire Magazine as far back as 2011, Stiller updated fans on what they could expect from the long-awaited return of the beloved character, and revealed that Will Ferrell‘s Mugatu, the villain of the original, would return:

“It’s ten years later and most of it is set in Europe… it’s basically Derek and Hansel… though the last movie ended on a happy note a lot of things have happened in the meantime. Their lives have changed and they’re not really relevant anymore. It’s a new world for them. Will Ferrell is written into the script and he’s expressed interest in doing it. I think Mugatu is an integral part of the Zoolander story, so yes, he features in a big way.”

The film also features returning cast member Christine Taylor, who played love interest Matilda Jeffries, and new additions Penelope Cruz and Kristen Wiig.

Zoolander 2 is due out Feb. 12, 2016.
