The post-divorce feud between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez has begun over the fate of their $68 million Beverly Hills estate.

After privately listing their mansion for sale for eight and a half months, Lopez and Affleck are at a standstill over the sale. Lopez is adamant about wanting the full asking price, while Affleck wants to lower the price to sell quickly.

In July 2024, the couple attempted to sell their house off-market, and by September, they accepted a $64 million offer. However, the buyers dropped out and the deal collapsed. Following their divorce after three years of marriage, Affleck moved into a $20 million mansion in Pacific Palisades while Lopez moved into her $18 million mansion in Los Angeles.

Affleck recently opened up about their divorce and said that Lopez’s embarrassing documentary about their relationship didn’t cause their split, as many had speculated.

Despite its luxurious amenities, the mansion has not attracted much interest. Lopez reportedly said the property felt too intimidating and was “too big” for her needs.
