Donald Trump may be a front runner in the polls for the Republican nomination for the President, but another mogul isn’t so sure about his prospects. Barry Diller, who is CEO of IAC/InterActiveCorp and Expedia, Inc., is decidedly not a Trump fan. “I’ll either move out of the country or join the resistance,” Diller told Bloomberg of the possibility of a Trump presidency.
Diller says that Trump’s run on The Apprentice taught him the importance of drama. “Donald Trump, all he is is about conflict, and all that he is is negative conflict,” he said. “He’s a self-promoting huckster who found a vein. A vein of meanness and nastiness.”
Diller has not made any endorsements of any presidential candidates thus far, but has in the past supported mostly Democratic candidates.
